 -Start up culture at IIT'S have been super successful as students are able to complete the journey of I4U in a very short period of 2 years time because of proper Mentorship and prevailing innovation culture. -However same success is not visible at other REC'S and private technical colleges because of lack of proper Mentorship support and missing innovation culture thus students are not able to complete  I4U cycle in a time frame of 2 years  -Subsequently because of peer and parental pressure they give up on start up journey and enter into regular job seeking stream.  -So suggested solution to these issues is as follows     1-Technical institutes to start R & D center in collaboration with SME industries because they of their own can't afford R&D investments and even if they can spend they will not be able to recruit and retain R&D talent    2- Such sponsored R&D centers shall develop the technology for SME'S or aspiring stud...

 -Power house in every house is made possible by putting roof top systems with storage and by putting smart net meter one can export the electricity generated to utilities. -If utilities tariff rates are not attractive then one can export to any other consumer using Block chain enabled smart meters. - Before installing SILAR system one must undertake the load analysis and put all energy efficient loads like replacing all light loads with LED bulbs and all fans with BLDC Fans. -Also replace all geysers with SOLAR thermal water heating systems -In a three phase connections all light and fan loads to be put on a single phase and remaining power loads like Air-conditioning/ refrigerator/ washing machines/ mixers to be distributed to remaing two phases. -Then one can install around 5 KW SOLAR Roof top system which shall occupy around 50 SQM of space. - All panels must be installed in a shadow free south facing space to generate around 600 to 650 units per month - Preferably panels choos...
